Produced from selected durum wheat semolina, which is moistened and spray dried into an oven to form granules that are partially cooked under steam, dried and sieved to the required particle size.

Storage & Shelf-Life

In a dry, airtight container in a cool, dry place. Best enjoyed within 1 - 2 years of purchase. Once cooked, keep sealed and refrigerated for up to five days.

Instructions:

Place couscous (around 50g per person) in a heatproof container (with herbs and spices, if preferred), and add the same amount (50ml per person) of kettle-hot water or boiling vegetable stock. Cover with a lid and leave for 5 – 10 minutes until the couscous is soft. Fluff with a fork, drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper and maybe even a dash of honey. You can also toast the couscous in butter or oil before cooking to give it a nuttier flavour.
