Storage & Shelf-Life

In a dry, airtight container in a cool, dry place. Best enjoyed within 1 - 2 years of purchase. Once cooked, keep sealed and refrigerated for up to five days.

Instructions:

Place couscous (around 50g per person) in a heatproof container (with herbs and spices, if preferred), and add the same amount (50ml per person) of kettle-hot water or boiling vegetable stock. Cover with a lid and leave for 5 – 10 minutes until the couscous is soft. Fluff with a fork, drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper and maybe even a dash of honey. You can also toast the couscous in butter or oil before cooking to give it a nuttier flavour.
