Storage & Shelf-Life

In an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Best enjoyed within one year of purchase. Once cooked, cover and refrigerate within two hours of cooking, where it will last for for 4 – 6 days or 6 months in the freezer

How To Use

Rinse with clean water until it runs clear. Bring a large pot of water to boil, calculated at 6 cups of water per 1 cup of rice. Add the rice and salt, as preferred, and reduce to a simmer for 25 minutes until the grains are soft and slightly chewy. Drain the rice, cover and leave to steam for 3 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy.
