How To Use

Get the maximum flavour out of coriander seeds by dry-frying them. Heat a frying pan, without oil, add the seeds and fry them over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Seeds are ready when the warm aroma is released. Remove from pan and cool.

They can then be used whole or crushed. Crushed coriander seeds are fantastic in homemade burgers, used in rubs, dips and sauces, for brining and pickling, as well as a mainstay for curries and rice dishes.
