Storage & Shelf-Life

In an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Best enjoyed within 1 - 2 years of purchase ? any longer and they?ll need longer pre-soaking. Once cooked, label and freeze for up to 6 months or keep covered in the fridge for 3 ? 5 days

Cooking Time

Soak dried beans in plenty of cold water for at least 8 hours or overnight
Rinse, tip in a large pan with enough cold water to cover them by at least 10cm. Bring to the boil then reduce to simmer and cook until the beans are tender (about an hour)
