Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, between 7am and 12.30pm, Eric delivers online orders to doorsteps in N2, N3, N6, N8, N10, N11, N13 and N22. He won’t disturb you. Just leave out your empties for sanitising and reuse, like you would for the milkman.

How does your referral programme work?
Here’s a quick video to show you how.
Go to the Referrals menu from My Account.
Copy the referral link and send it to one or more of your friends. You can send the link by email, whatsapp or your preferred social media channel. Don’t forget to send them the free coupon ref20, so they can get 20% off their first order.
When any of your friends place an order, £5.00 is added per friend to your account. You can draw-down the money directly to your bank accout or paypal. You can also offset the money against a new order with us.
Should I clean the jars and bottles before returning them?
No need – we clean and sanitise all our glassware so it can be safely re-used.
What is the latest time I can order for next day delivery?
We accept orders up until 4:30pm on the day before delivery.
Do my CropDrop orders arrive at the same time?
It depends on what day you place your order. We pick up from CropDrop on Wednesday and deliver our orders Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So normally we deliver both orders together.
Can I arrange a street visit with Ernie as well as my weekly deliveries?
How much do you charge for delivery?
There's missing products from my order. What shall I do?
Firstly check your order. Either on our site under “My Accounts” or the email confirmation sent. If the product is on the order confirmation but not delivered please email us on email@example.com and we will organise an immediate replacement
How do I update any special delivery requirements?
When you place your order you will be asked to provide any special delivery instructions such as a safe place to leave your products or an instruction not to ring the door bell (for shift workers).
We keep the last recorded note on your record, so you don’t need to add this every time. However if you need to update these instructions, simply update your record here
Do you charge for jars and bottles?
You’re free to use our jars and bottles for as long as you need them. When you place an order with us we charge a nominal fee of £1.35 for cleaning & sanitation.
It’s the same cost whether you need one or fifty jars and bottles.
My order didn't arrive?
We’re very sorry to hear that. Heads will roll! Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll get a replacement order out to you immediately
Do your bottles come with pumps or spray heads?
Whichever way, please return our empty delivery bottle for sanitisation and reuse.
Please be aware of the dangers of glass in a bathroom, however. We would recommend that those of you with small children, in particular, decant into containers that can’t smash.
